Definitions for maintenance

REGULAR – using the respective window below, with at least 5 days (120 hours) notice.

URGENT – using the respective window below, with at least 1 day (24 hours) but less than 5 days notice.

EMERGENCY/ASAP –  as soon as possible after a notice is sent, if possible. In rare circumstances, it may be required that a notification follows the work.

Maintenance windows

Maintenance windows are generally between 02:00 – 05:00 local time, with exceptions, noted below.

Large scale maintenances occasionally require maintenance windows exceeding 3 hours – this information will be included in the maintenance notification.
